Ultimate Chutree Cheeseboard

Ultimate Chutree Cheeseboard

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (200g) Chutree Apple & Plum 🫙
  • 1 jar (200g) Chutree Mango 🫙
  • 1 jar (200g) Chutree Date & Tamarind 🫙
  • 200g Aged cheddar
  • 150g Brie or camembert
  • 100g Goat's cheese
  • 100g Manchego Cheese 
  • 1 box Mixed crackers 
  • 1 bunch Red grapes
  • 1 Apple or pear, thinly sliced 

Method

  1. Remove cheeses from the fridge 45 minutes before serving, this is the most important step. Warm cheese + room temperature chutney = completely different (better) flavour.
  2. Arrange the cheeses on a large wooden board, spacing them so each has room to be cut
  3. Spoon the Date & Tamarind chutney into a small bowl and place near the goat's cheese. Spoon the Mango Chutney into another small bowl and place near the cheddar. Spoon the Apple & Plum Chutney into another small bowl and place near the Manchego.
  4. Fill the gaps with crackers, grapes, and sliced apple or pear. No exact science, abundance is the aesthetic.
  5. Add a small cheese knife for each cheese. Serve immediately.
